The piece
Sonia Delaunay (1885-1979) was a French painter and designer. She and her husband Robert Delaunay were great representatives of abstract art. When her first child was born, she made a patchwork quilt for the crib, her first abstract work. Years later, she produced all kinds of decorative elements, fabrics, patterns and works. He undertook an artistic adventure based on color contrasts, the dissolution of form through light, and abstraction.
What inspires us the most are its colors and circles, which we wanted to approach by molding the clay with an awl, to create the Sonia earrings and ring.
All pieces are manually designed with clay and produced in gold-plated silver.
